I am the 5th fastest British 110m hurdler of all time, following my 4th place finish at the World Championships in Berlin in August 2009. This is by far my best achievement to date in athletics, where I ran a time of 13.30 seconds in the final.

I haven't always been a high-hurdler; I began my athletics career as a decathlete but later decided to focus entirely on the 110m hurdles. I used to be coached by former Gladiators referee John Anderson, who has always been a major influence on my career.
